Our fruit loaf sourdough is baked fresh in our kitchen from Thursday to Saturday, combining traditional sourdough fermentation with sweet, seasonal fruit. The dough is naturally fermented over time, allowing flavour and texture to develop slowly before being filled with carefully selected fruits. Each loaf is handcrafted and baked to a golden crust with a soft, lightly sweet interior - perfect enjoyed fresh or lightly toasted with butter.
