These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and any orders placed with our patisserie and farm shop. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

As our items are handmade and prepared fresh, some products may vary slightly in appearance from images shown on the website.

We reserve the right to change, update or remove products from our menu without notice.

Orders & Pre-Orders

Many of our products require a minimum of 48 hours notice as they are made fresh in our kitchen.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

We recommend placing orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment, particularly during busy periods or special events.

Custom Cakes

We specialise in bespoke cakes for weddings and special occasions.

Due to the planning and preparation involved, we recommend enquiring at least two months in advance for wedding cakes.

A deposit may be required to secure custom cake orders.

Design details, flavours and final specifications must be confirmed prior to production.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations may not always be possible once preparation has begun.

Deposits for custom cakes or large orders may be non-refundable once production has commenced.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the matter.

Food Allergies

Our kitchen handles ingredients including gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.

While care is taken in preparation, we cannot guarantee products are completely free from traces of allergens.

Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should contact us before placing an order.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
