Our seasonal fruit Danish is made from hand-laminated pastry, carefully folded with layers of butter to create a light, crisp texture. Each Danish is filled and finished with fresh fruit that changes with the seasons, allowing the natural flavours to shine. Baked fresh in our kitchen and finished with a delicate glaze, it’s a balance of flaky pastry, soft fruit and gentle sweetness.

Yes. Our Fruit Danish is available to order for pickup during our opening days.

We recommend allowing 24–48 hours notice for Basque cheesecake orders, depending on availability.

3. Where are you located?

Our patisserie is located at 3174 Barossa Valley Way, Nuriootpa SA, on the grounds of Kaesler Wines in the Barossa Valley.

Basque cheesecake orders can be collected from the patisserie during our opening hours Thursday to Saturday.

4. When can I pick up my order?

Orders can be collected Thursday to Saturday during our patisserie opening hours.

5. Is the Fruit Danish made from scratch?

Yes. Each Basque cheesecake is baked from scratch in our patisserie using traditional techniques and quality ingredients.

6. Are your Fruit Danish vegan?

No. Our Fruit Danish are made using traditional ingredients including cream, eggs and dairy, so they are not vegan.
