Our fruit Basque cheesecake is baked to a deep golden finish, with a beautifully caramelised top and a rich, creamy centre. Finished with seasonal fruits carefully selected at their peak, the fresh flavours bring balance and brightness to the indulgent cheesecake beneath. Each cake is made from scratch in our patisserie and topped with fruit that changes throughout the seasons, making every version slightly unique.
