  • Make my go-to Swiss meringue buttercream 

  • Achieve smooth buttercream finishes and those much-anticipated straight edges on a pre crumbed buttercream cake. 

  • Use essential buttercream piping and decorating techniques 

  • Work with fresh flowers safely and beautifully on cakes 

  • Create a stunning whimsical floral arrangement to finish your cake 

You'll gain practical cake decorating skills, learn professional finishing techniques, and leave with a beautifully decorated 5-inch cake to share and enjoy.

Perfect for beginners and aspiring cake decorators alike, this workshop combines elegant buttercream artistry with the natural beauty of seasonal fresh florals.

What’s Included:

  • A hot or cold beverage, including a glass of bubbles with freshly baked pastries for morning tea

  • A 5-inch buttercream cake, pre-filled and ready to decorate, featuring layers of vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and your choice of raspberry compote or salted caramel. Choose between a vanilla butter cake or chocolate sour cream cake when booking (please note your preference in the comments section).

  • Seasonal fresh flowers for decorating 

  • Printed recipe booklet to take home including my vanilla butter cake and Swiss meringue buttercream recipe
