Our house-made sourdough is baked fresh each morning from Thursday to Saturday, using traditional methods and natural fermentation. The dough is carefully developed over time, allowing the slow fermentation process to build flavour, texture and character. Each loaf is handcrafted in our kitchen and baked to create a crisp crust with a soft, airy centre - simple ingredients.
