“At Cheryse Zagler Patisserie, every product begins in our own kitchen. We make our cakes, fillings, creams and pastries from scratch, using thoughtfully selected ingredients and time-honoured methods. Wherever possible, we source local produce, supporting growers and suppliers within our region and allowing seasonal flavours to shine. Each layer is baked fresh, each component prepared in-house, and every detail finished by hand. It’s a slower approach, but one that ensures quality, flavour and integrity in every bite.
